Precision Quality Built Construction Services

Our team delivers comprehensive solutions that integrate meticulous planning, high-caliber materials, and rigorously tested methodologies to optimize structural performance and reliability.

Keeping our team small and connected, we seamlessly work together with each project for our clients. Our founder, Dan is always available and attending to our clients. Overseeing each and every project to ensure the same quality craftsmanship and details are reflected from start to finish.

Our difference is in the details. Tall ceilings in our basements and utilities all pushed to the outer walls allows you to refinish them into the desired space your family needs. Leveling the ground to allow for natural sunlight in the basement when the terrain allows, or full walk out to your newly loamed and seeded lawn. Love the outdoors? We do too! With this spirit in mind we ensure our decks are a standard 16’ × 20’ where space allows, giving you the start for an amazing outdoor space. Have an eye for detail? So do we, even down to the placement of light switches on a wall to easily identify the outdoor lighting from the indoor lights.

ADU ( Accessory Dwelling Unit) / In-Law Units

These unique builds allow for an affordable additional space or a new means of revenue for your family. Built from an existing space, an addition or a standalone on your property they can accommodate most lots.

A smaller living space typically 900 square feet or less, these become ideal for a potential tenant, young adult, aging family members, or a guest home. All of which bring value to your home with a liveable space that allows privacy and comfort for all.

Increased demand for housing in New England and beyond as buildable lots become increasing less available, these units allow for almost anyone to increase the amount of people their own lot can accommodate.

New laws passed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts have given home owners this new opportunity to own a secondary living space on their lot without the approval of being a multi-unit dwelling.

As an experienced craftsman builder, we take our designs and craft to these convenient and smaller projects for our clients.
